Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. To be eligible for the promotion, DUO members must purchase a new car insurance policy from Aviva Limited.
2. The promotion is only valid for customers who are not existing car insurance policyholders of Aviva Limited. Customers who are renewing their Aviva car insurance policy are not entitled to the promotion.
3. Policies purchased before 1st August 2011 and after 1st May 2014 will not be eligible for the promotion.
4. Offer is only valid per customer per redemption.
5. The policyholder must submit the online redemption form for DUO dollars to TC Connections Pte Ltd via its website under the DUO programme within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date of the policy. DUO members must fill in their Aviva policy number and purchase date of the policy in the online redemption form.
6. Redemption forms with inadequate and/ or inaccurate policy numbers will not be eligible for the promotion.
7. The particulars of the policyholder will be verified and validated against Aviva Limited’s and Tan Chong International Limited’s records after submitting the redemption form.
8. Customers will be notified on their redemption status within 14 days after submitting the online redemption form.
9. Upon approval of policyholder’s eligibility for the promotion, 10,000 DUO Dollars will be credited into the DUO member’s account within 14 days.
10. Tan Chong International Limited reserves the right to amend at any time, the Terms and Conditions herein relating to the issuance, forfeiture and redemption of Duo dollars at its own discretion, without prior notice.
