- Between the dates 01 August 2020, 1200 and 31 August 2020, 1200 (both dates inclusive), customers who purchase any Travel Insurance policy (Travel Protect360 Single Trip or Travel Protect360 Annual Trip) via DUO WEBSITE ONLY will be automatically be enrolled into Travel Protect360 No Claim Discount programme.
- For Travel Protect360 Single Trip Policyholder(s) who return from Trip and has no claims within stipulated timeframe of 30 days from the policy end date, will be eligible for a 5% discount promotion code.
- For subsequent travel purchase with the utilizing the 5% discount promotion code, where the policyholder(s) who return from Trip and has no claims within stipulated timeframe of 30 days from the policy end date, will be eligible for an additional 10% discount promotion code.
- Thereafter for subsequent travel purchase utilizing the 10% discount promotion code, where the policyholder(s) who return from Trip and has no claims within stipulated timeframe of 30 days from the policy end date, will be capped at 10% discount promotion code.

Immediate Medical Claims Terms and Conditions (only applicable to Single Trip plans)
- Between the dates 01 August 2020, 1200 and 31 August 2020, 1200 (both dates inclusive), customers who purchase any Travel Insurance policy (Travel Protect360 Single Trip) will be entitled to cashless facility to be applied to Post Journey Medical Outpatient claim at HLAS’s partner - Integrated Health Plans Pte Ltd (“IHP”)
- Policyholder(s) will need to download “IHP App” from Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for IOS) and input the details provided in the email sent to the policyholder.
- Cashless facility will only be available to policyholder(s) who seek their 1st medical treatment from any of the IHP’s Singapore panel clinics within three (3) days after return from the Trip, up to S$100 per visit.
- Cashless facility is extended by 30 days from the date of 1st visit at any of the IHP’s Singapore panel clinics.
- Cashless facility will not be applicable should policyholder(s) had an initial medical treatment overseas, and
- Did not seek medical treatment within three (3) days after return from the Trip; AND/OR
- Cost of follow-up medical treatment exceed S$100
- Where Cashless facility is not applicable, policyholder(s) will then need to make payment upfront to the clinics and seek post journey medical claims on a reimbursement basis. A claim form and medical receipt(s) will need to be provided during submission of claims. Claims payout will be subject to HLAS’s approval
